4.1 Deposits. All deposits to your winngo account must be made through the payment methods approved and listed on the Platform, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and selected Malaysian bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). winngo does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all accounts and are displayed within the cashier section of your winngo account dashboard. winngo reserves the right to modify these limits at any time and without prior notice.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into the same account, or to a bank account registered in the name of the verified account holder. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. winngo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal of significant value. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the Platform cashier.
4.4 Inactive Account Fee. An account is considered inactive if no login activity, deposit, or betting transaction has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. winngo reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied.
5.1 Governing Rules. All betting and casino gaming activity on the winngo platform is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category, as published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the betting or gaming activity in question.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet or wager is accepted by winngo only when a confirmation message is displayed and a corresponding transaction entry appears in your bet history. winngo reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a system error, pricing error, or data feed malfunction.
5.3 Palpable Errors. In the event that odds, lines, or game outcomes are published in error — whether due to human error, data feed failure, or system malfunction — winngo reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. This right applies regardless of whether the error was immediately apparent to the player at the time the bet was placed.
5.4 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) games available on the winngo platform are certified by independent, accredited testing laboratories. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, technical failures, and circumstances beyond winngo's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. winngo will not be liable for any loss arising from such unavailability.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit winngo's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by winngo's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.4 All betting and gaming activity on the Platform involves inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the money you deposit and wager. winngo does not accept liability for gambling losses incurred in the normal course of gaming activity on the Platform.
The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal data by winngo is governed by the winngo Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
